You may be feeling ready to begin exploring something that just feels off.  You may be struggling with something more acute, like changes in your moodattentionincreased anxiety, or even panic attacks.

You may be adjusting to a new level of stress at school, work, or in an important relationship. You may be journeying through a normative phase of life or a developmental change, such as feeling different in adolescence, exploring in early adulthood, recalibrating in middle age, or navigating retirement and your priorities in older adulthood.

You may be learning that you are a highly sensitive person(HSP) and how that impacts your experience of your inner and outer worlds. You may be in the beginning or ongoing stages of learning how to love and prioritize your body, build self-esteem, assertively communicate your needs, or reorient yourself to a new or existing physical health concern or a recent injury.

You may be encountering something more perpetually challenging and that requires ongoing maintenance, attention, and self-compassion like neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD), complicated family dynamics, discrimination, changing identity (including cultural or religious identity shifts), substance use/abuse/dependence, or grief and loss of a loved one or of something important in your life.

You may be encountering the complexity of resuming life after a trauma, or be a witness to someone in your life enduring the impact of serious mental illness (such as Bipolar Disorder, psychosis, or personality disorders). This is a space where you are welcome.

You may also be living, working, or just frequently traveling outside of your home culture for yourself or someone you love. This lifestyle can present unique challenges, and your mental health plays a big role in how you can engage with those distinct opportunities.
